Whole Athlete Mastery

Mission Statement

At WAM, our mission is to develop complete athletes—physically, mentally, and spiritually—through elite training built on biblical truth. We focus on every detail that makes an athlete “Whole”: technical skill, mindset, injury prevention, and character. Through sport, we grow leaders grounded in faith who shine on and off the pitch. Whether your goal is to go Pro, play in college, or make varsity, we’ll walk with you in excellence and purpose—pushing you to become who God created you to be.

Technical

When developing as a young player, the quickest way to separate yourself from other players is confidence and consistency on the ball. This comes with thousands of touches on the ball but if those touches are not intentional and performed at game speed those touches are wasted. WAM takes the player through an intense player-specific technical workout to continue to separate themselves from others.

Speed and Agility

Learning from first hand experience inside a College weight room, we combine mixtures of plyometrics, sprints, and resistance training to craft the whole athlete. We focus on activating the athlete’s fast twitch muscles to increase their speed and agility on the pitch. We use science-backed movements to develop the athlete into a powerful, quick, and strong player on and off the ball.

Mental Strength

When an athlete lacks mental strength, potential washes away. We introduce and integrate science-backed mental strength techniques that play a vital role in performance on the pitch. We explain and demonstrate techniques such as guided meditation, the use of positive self-talk, breathing techniques, and much more. To be excellent on the pitch, we must be excellent inside!
