Technical Work
When developing as a young player, the quickest way to separate yourself from other players is confidence and consistency on the ball. This comes with thousands of touches on the ball but if those touches are not intentional and performed at game speed those touches are wasted. I take the player through an intense player-specific technical workout to continue to separate themselves from others.
Speed and Agility
Combining mixtures of plyometrics, sprints, and resistance training, I focus on activating the athlete’s fast twitch muscles to increase their speed and agility on the pitch. I use science-backed movements to develop the athlete into a powerful, quick, and strong player on and off the ball.
Injury Prevention
Young athletes are very rarely taught the importance of preventing injury and taking care of their bodies. I do pre and post-rehab to keep the athlete’s ankles, joints, knees, and more healthy so they can perform in matches. Not only perform but feel good the whole weekend. The athlete will gain valuable techniques they will use to prevent injury for the rest of their lives.
Mental Strength
Every training I will walk through a different mental strength technique to improve performance and boost confidence. Examples such as guided meditation, positive self-talk, and more. I believe this is vital to overall development on the pitch but also for the rest of the athlete’s life.
Pricing
I charge $65 per 1-hour session when training at New Hope Fields. I offer group sessions of 2-3 players for $100 and large group sessions (4+) for $125. Feel free to contact me with any pricing concerns or questions you may have!
